Markos Meskos (Μάρκος Μέσκος)

M.Meskos was born in Edessa in 1935, where he made his high school. He graduated from the Athenian Technological Institute of the Doxiades School in Athens in 1968. He worked as a graphic designer in many advertising agencies as well as a publishing editor. He collaborated with poetry, study and prose in many magazines. His poems have been translated into several European countries. Since 1981 he was founded in Thessaloniki. He honored the award of "Diabazo" poem in 1995 for his collection of poems "Greetings" and the award of the Kostas and Helens Langit Foundation of the Academy of Athens in 2006 for his poetry. He published other poems of "Before the Death" (1958), "Mavrovouni" (1963), "Anonymous" (1971), "Hippodrome Horses" (1973), "Private Cemetery" "The Ghosts of Freedom" (1979), "The Cursed Serpent Flowers" (1983), "The Shadow of the Earth" (1986), "Greetings", "Eleutherites" (2005), "The single and plural whisper "The ransom" (2012), "The poems of the ladder" Hades "(2018).
